From garden to plate, this hands-on experience begins in El Solario, our organic garden. Join our chefs to create pasta from scratch, shaping ravioli, rolling black fettuccine, and preparing sauces with the ingredients you harvest, all leading to a sweet finale with our Executive Pastry Chef's signature tiramisú.
